The library
One collection, three registers: the works themselves, the Arabic witnesses we hold for collation, and the BBAW/CMG catalogue against which every translation claim is checked. Entries marked unverified rest on recalled scholarship; needs research means no one has looked. Corrections welcome.

Titles follow the conventional Latin of the Thesaurus Linguae Graecae and Kühn's edition; “Kühn” gives volume and, where verified, pages in Claudii Galeni Opera Omnia (1821–33).
Ḥunayn ibn Isḥāq and his circle rendered Galen into Syriac and Arabic at Baghdad in the ninth century, sometimes from Greek exemplars older than surviving direct witnesses. In the language of textual criticism these versions are indirect tradition — evidence about the text rather than copies of it — but a versional reading can descend from an independent branch of the stemma, and so belongs in it. Of any divergence, the question is which underlying Greek would account for it. Files come from the Digital Corpus for Graeco-Arabic Studies under CC BY-SA 4.0; their later branches are drawn in the transmission map.

Five of the translations have no Greek counterpart, the Greek being lost: De nominibus medicis, De partium homoeomerium differentia, De optimo medico cognoscendo, De partibus artis medicativae, De causis contentivis. For these the Arabic is not a check upon the text but the text itself. The first has never been put into English; a German version of 1931 is all there is.
Source evidence, distinct from Pergamap's editorial claims: a dated local index of the BBAW/CMG catalogue of modern Galen translations, refreshed weekly, recording titles, Kühn references, record numbers, and whether each language column carries an entry. The bibliographic strings remain on BBAW's authoritative page.

Evidence boundary: an empty English column means only that this index found no English entry — not that none exists. A catalogue listing is not verification of the publication itself; a 1928 Edinburgh thesis containing a complete English De differentiis febrium appears in no catalogue at all.
